How we do it
We use professional-grade degreasing agents to strip the grease film from the inside of the canopy, the exterior panels and the capture edges, then leave the surfaces clean and dry.

It depends on cooking volume and method. NFPA 96, the standard commonly used as a benchmark, ranges from monthly for solid-fuel cooking to yearly for low-volume kitchens. After inspecting your system we recommend a schedule that fits how you cook.

Is cleaning the hood enough, or does the duct need cleaning too?
