This policy explains what personal information HoodEx Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning ("HoodEx", "we", "us") collects through www.hoodex.ae, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information we collect
When you submit the booking form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company or property name, phone number, email address, location, kitchen type, the service you need, your preferred date and time, and any message you write.
If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share in that conversation, including your phone number.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to you, arrange an inspection or cleaning, prepare a quotation, carry out and confirm the work, and keep records of our service. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Where it goes
Booking form submissions are sent by email to our business mailbox, and the details may also appear in the server logs of our hosting platform. Our website hosting and email services are provided by Hostinger. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the website and email, and where the law requires it.
Cookies
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to handle your request and for our business records, or for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@hoodex.ae. We aim to handle personal information in line with applicable UAE law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
